Ansar 170 (Monosodium acid methyl senate):
It is selective translocated herbicide belonging to organic Arsenic compound group.
Dose : 2.5 kg/ha.
Application : Post Emergence.
Properties : It is a deep red liquid. The chemical is registered for use on cotton and also for non crop areas.
Controls : Cyperus rotundus, Xanthium strumarium.
Formulations : Emulsifiable and granular form.
Nitrofen (TOK-E-25): (2, 4 Dichlorophenl – 4 Nitrophenyl ether)
It is selective herbicide.
Dose : 2.6 kg/ha
Application : Pre emergence. It is solid.s
Control : Bidens pilose (Chikta), Portulaca sp. and Vasanvel in controlling weeds from potato, onion and carrot.
Formulations : Emulsifiable concentrate. Granular 2-8%
