Organisation for Crop Improvement in India
The setup of public organisation and projects concerned with crop improvement are either directly or indirectly related to ICAR. The various organisations concerned with crop improvement are described briefly in the following sections under the headings
1) Indian council of Agricultural Research,
2) Central institute for crop improvement,
3) Agriculture universities,
4) All India coordinated crop improvement projects and
