Detection of cellulosocic material added in Ice-cream.

Relevant information:

Ice-cream generally adulterated with botting paper of cellulosic.

Material required:

1. Filter paper
2. Ice –cream
3. Ice-cream mix.

Apparatus:

1. Funnel
2. Funnel stand
3. Beaker.

Procedure:

1. The sample of ice-cream should be allowed to melt at room temperature completely.
2 .Insert the filter paper in funnel and keep the funnel on the stand.
3. Weight the contents of the filter paper.
