Farmers In Uttar Pradesh, Mp, Chhattisgarh, And Andhra Fail To Get Payment, Says PM Kisan.
The Centre is doing its best to provide the financial benefit under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi to 12 crore farmers. However, despite timely disbursal of money by the Central government, it does not always reach the farmers’ bank accounts…Why?
To recall, Prime Minister Modi had released the last instalment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 14 May 2021. Though most of the farmers have received the money, few haven’t got it till now.
Reason for failure of PM Kisan Installment
Several factors are responsible if PM Kisan beneficiary does not receive Rs. 2000 on time. But the main reason for this is an error in Aadhaar, account & bank account numbers. Also, if there is a mismatch or difference in the name in the bank or that on the Aadhaar card or wrong IFSC code, farmers will not get the money. Hence all this information have to be correctly filled in by the beneficiary.
PM Kisan Payment Failed in These States
- Due to these errors, around 162,297 farmers in the Southern state of Andhra Pradesh are pending for April to July. Moreover, the payment of 48,275 agriculturists also failed.
- As per the data available on the PM Kisan website, the payment of 15,699 farmers of Chhattisgarh failed while the instalment of 15,059 is awaiting.
- Likewise, payment of 133,790 farmers of MP is pending, while 38,576 have Fail.
- The amount of 138,154 Uttar Pradesh farmers also fell, and the instalment of 91,066 have been suspended.
